In Greece, this spirit is called meraki — putting your soul into everything you do. It’s what transforms a stay from routine into a memorable experience.
Tripkey.ai was born from this vision to bring meraki into the digital age. We saw how fragmented communication and impersonal interactions dilute the guest experience. That’s why we created a smart assistant that accompanies guests through every step of their journey, offering personalized support, effortless bookings, and authentic local experiences — all powered by AI but infused with human warmth.

The vision takes root: Tripkey.ai begins as a bold rethink of digital hospitality, born out of the original concept ePhiloxenia focused on guest communication, automation, and experience monetization.
March 31, 2025
First elevator pitch, accepted into the CapsuleT Idea Platform Program, gaining access to mentoring and validation by industry experts in hospitality innovation, a two week intensive program.
April 2025
A prototype is developed, marking the transition from idea to pre-product stage.
May 6, 2025
Tripkey.ai wins 3rd place at the 6th Idea Platform Competition by CapsuleT Travel & Hospitality Accelerator, securing a €1,000 grant and strong jury feedback.
May 24, 2025
Selected at Venture Garden Spring 2025 by ACT (American College of Thessaloniki), entering the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Full-Stack Developer (Co-Founder Track)

About the Role
Tripkey.ai is redefining hospitality tech and we’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and impact-driven full-stack developer to join us at an early stage. You’ll help turn code into a product that serves real hotel guests and staff.
What You’ll Do
- Co-build and scale a smart guest engagement web app
- Integrate APIs (e.g. WhatsApp, booking engines)
- Work with AI features (chatbot logic, smart profiles)
- Collaborate directly with the founder and product team
- Ship MVPs fast, test, and iterate
You bring:
- A passion for building, not just coding
- Basic front & back-end experience (we care more about mindset than your CV)
- Curiosity, autonomy, and clear communication
- Bonus: interest in travel tech, AI, or service design

Growth & Marketing Manager (Brand & Traction Lead)

About the Role
We’re not looking for another “marketing generalist.” We’re looking for a sharp communicator and brand strategist who can translate our bold vision into traction — from brand voice to social presence to early growth campaigns.
Your Role
- Shape and evolve Tripkey.ai’s brand identity
- Build landing pages, newsletters, blog strategy and email marketing campaigns
- Write compelling, on-point copy for our website and social media
- Launch pilot campaigns with hotels and partners
- Conduct market research and create comprehensive marketing strategies
- Help drive sign-ups, demos, and inbound leads
- Help us talk to hoteliers, partners, and travelers in a way that lands
You bring:
- No professional experience required
- Passion for storytelling, content, and growth tools (Canva, LinkedIn, email, Mailchimp, Moosend, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Bold thinking and zero fear of testing
- Greek + English fluency
- Bonus: TikTok/IG Reels, AI tools, newsletter
